The Worm Gear Operated FEP Lined Flanged High Performance Butterfly Valve can be used for shut-off and throttling control. It can ensure sealing more reliable and achieve non-leakage because of the fully lined fluorine materials both for seat and disc. The butterfly valve can realize rotary under the condition of low torque by the resilient-seated design , which means a longer service life ,so as to cost-effective of choosing actuator.
The Worm Gear Operated FEP Lined Flanged High Performance Butterfly Valve features a valve body(seat) and inner parts(disc) that come into contact with the fluid, which are lined with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) through a high-temperature molding process. Additionally, the seat and disc of the metal valve body undergoes gear machining to ensure complete bonding between the lining material and metal, thereby enhancing both service life and performance. This valve effectively isolates corrosive media from contacting the valve body while preventing any corrosion of metallic materials within it. With excellent sealing performance,precise flow characteristics, it finds extensive applications in conditions involving strong corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salts as well as volatile and penetrative gas or liquid media.
