The Fluorine Lined Floating Ball Check Valves-H45 is straight type 2-piece design and manufactured in full port uni-directional body design fully lined with FEP, PFA Or PTFE having Flanged Ends.The valve uses fully lined ball as the rolling valve ball, the valve can be opened or closed by ball rolling up and down in the slide of the body chamber body under the medium acting.Under normal flow the valve’s ball is pushed away from it’s seat and fluid flows through the valve, in a backwards flow condition the ball is pushed firmly back into it’s seat and prevents flow through the valve stopping process.
The Fluorine Lined Floating Ball Check Valves-H45,refers to the valve that automatically opens and closes the valve disc to prevent the backflow of the medium by relying on the flow of the medium itself, also known as counterflow valve, and back pressure valve.The check valve is an automatic valve whose main function is to prevent the backflow of the medium, prevent the reversal of the pump and the drive motor, and the discharge of the container medium. The check valve can also be used to feed the auxiliary system where the pressure may rise above the system pressure.
