The ZPL913 series sleeve-guided control valve is specially designed using recent advances in control valve technology. It is used to control a wide variety of relatively clean liquids and gases at high pressure differentials. The sleeve-guided control valve is suitable for controlling medium’s flow rate, pressure and high load conditions, The fluid channel as S-shape, allowing large flow through with high accuracy of flow adjustment.The design of the ZPL913(drilled-hole-sleeve)valve is primarily used for severe service applications requiring anti-cavitation or low-noise trim. In most cases, high pressure drop in process conditions may cause erosion, noise or vibration, which can affect process control. The ZPL913 is a good solution to this severe service application.This valve can be used in different industrial fields, such as: chemical, power, paper, food, metallurgy, mining and so on.
Users can select based on the operating conditions (pressure differential, temperature, medium state, medium flow direction, installation method) and the required leakage rate.
The ZPL913 series sleeve-guided control valve ,The seat adopts the clamping structure, when the valve bonnet is tighten, the spool and the seat will be automatically aligned.The strong sleeve protects the valve and internal parts from the damage of flash and cavitation.
