Product Overview

The ZPR730F Fully Fluorine-Lined Pneumatic 3-Way Multi-Port Reversing Ball Valve(T/L channel),It’s composed of angular stroke piston type pneumatic actuator and 3-way ball valve, which is a rotary type cutting and regulating valve, with the advantages of completely shut-off, compact structure, light weight, easy maintenance and so on. The inner wall of the valve body in contact with the fluid and the internal components of the valve are lined with fluoroplastic(PTFE/FEP/PFA) by high temperature molding process, which can completely cut off the contact between the corrosive medium and the surface of the components in the valve body.The ZPR730F 3-way valve can flexibly control the confluence or diversion of the medium in the pipeline.Can be applied to acid , alkali and other strong corrosive conditions, and toxic, volatile, easy to penetrate gas and/or liquid media controls.

Performance Characteristics

The ZPR730F Fully Fluroine-Lined Pneumatic 3-Way Multi-Port Reversing Ball Valve(T/L channel) features a valve body and inner parts that come into contact with the fluid, which are lined with fluoroplastic through a high-temperature molding process. Additionally, the inner cavity of the metal valve body undergoes gear machining to ensure complete bonding between the lining material and metal, thereby enhancing both service life and performance. This valve effectively isolates corrosive media from contacting the valve body while preventing any corrosion of metallic materials within it. With excellent sealing performance, high-response,precise flow characteristics, it finds extensive applications in conditions involving strong corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salts as well as volatile and penetrative gas or liquid media.
