The ZZYVP self-actuated nitrogen seal valve is composed of components such as the regulating valve body assembly, actuator, pressure preset spring, pilot, pressure tapping pipe and so on. It is an energy-saving product that doesn’t require additional energy sources and uses the pressure of the regulated medium itself as the power source to automatically regulate and maintain a constant pressure. This regulating valve has a very high control accuracy and is mainly used to keep the pressure of the protective gas (such as nitrogen) on the top of the container constant, so as to prevent the materials in the container from directly contacting with the air, avoid the volatilization and oxidation of the materials and ensure the safety of the container. It is especially suitable for the gas seal protection systems of various large storage tanks. This product features energy saving, sensitive operation, reliable running, and convenient operation and maintenance.

The ZPL630 self-actuated pressure regulating valve with pilot operation (referred to as pressure valve) does not require external energy and uses the energy of the medium to be regulated as the power source to achieve automatic regulation. This product adopts a single-seat valve fast-opening flow characteristic regulation mechanism, with stable medium pressure, high regulation accuracy, safe and reliable sealing performance, and the set value can be adjusted arbitrarily during operation. Therefore, it is suitable for various industrial furnace combustion system fuel gas, petroleum products or oil tank protection gas (nitrogen sealing) and heat treatment protection gas micro-pressure automatic regulation occasions.

2. No filler, no friction active components, sensitive adjustment, high control accuracy.
3. The set point is adjustable and has a wide range, which is convenient for users to adjust continuously.
4. The pressure reduction ratio is particularly large, for example, 0.8MPa before the valve, 50Pa after the valve, and the pressure difference ratio reaches 1600.
