The ZPL500 series innovative fluorine-lined pneumatic single-seat regulating valve of Zhipeng Automatic Valve Co., Ltd. is designed and produced according to the Q/WZP01-2014 standard. The product has the advantages of good sealing performance, sensitive action, parallel streamlined fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve cavity capacity, and accurate flow characteristics. The valve consists of an actuator and a corrosion-resistant, straight-through low-resistance, single-seat valve. The addition of a pneumatic multi-spring diaphragm actuator and a positioner can realize automatic regulation and control of the fluid medium in the process pipeline. It is widely used in the control of highly corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts, and toxic, volatile, and permeable gas and liquid media.
Main technical features
- The inner wall and valve components are made of high-temperature molded fluoroplastic lining technology, which can completely cut off the contact between corrosive media and the valve body shell.
- The valve core and valve stem adopt an integrated structure, and the valve core is designed in a special shape with a good flow adjustment curve.
- The valve cover adopts an extended guide structure to effectively control the valve stroke and increase the rigidity of the valve shaft to prevent vibration.
- The valve disc adopts a porous reinforced structure design, which makes the fluorine material and metal fit more closely, and the sealing effect of the valve core and valve seat is more reliable.
- The V-type packing design has good sealing performance and light torque. The locking force of the packing gland can achieve a good sealing effect and prevent the medium from leaking from the valve stem.
- The bottom of the valve is removable and easy to maintain, and crystals and debris can be removed.
